This has been one of the best hotel stays I have had. It's a newer hotel so it's in great shape. Everything was clean. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all very warm and friendly. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Our AC and heater worked great in our room which was also well stocked and clean. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel continental breakfast. They also did a great job of keeping the breakfast well stocked and the area cleaned up. We were very impressed with this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future. The location, for us, was great too!

EDIT: Everything was fine about our stay thus the 4 stars. Staff were amazing. The one complaint I had was that the walls seem kind of thin because we could hear everything our neighbors were doing and it did keep us up. But that might have been that our neighbors were just too loud. Also, the parking situation was unclear and, quite frankly, ridiculous. We eventually figured it out, but peasant parking is in the back. In order to park in front of the building, which is where Google maps tells you go to, you have to be a member or something. Makes you feel real poor and unwelcome right off the bat. So, good luck getting your bags in with you when you check in unless you use the valet? Not sure how that works. Also confusing is this is two hotels in one. They share a tiny pool (not that we used it).They're just stacked on top of each other, the buildings. It's weird and I don't know why things are being designed like this.

We came to Frisco on a family emergency and made last minute reservations at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites NW near Toyota Stadium. Not only did they have great rates, the desk staff was welcoming and accommodating. Holiday Inn had a beautiful swimming pool, a adequate workout area and a laundry room. The hot breakfast was very good and the coffee was also good. I suggest registering with their IHG club for additional discounts.

The overall stay was great. The staff patiently helped my checkin experience. My family and are were able to settle in and relax after a long drive! I would reside in this hotel in the future!
